Xundis is a niche trans-disciplinary consultancy that leads our clients to see the world differently and align organizational culture, structure, processes and resources to achieve favorable outcomes in a dynamic and turbulent world. We leverage decades of experience building & leading teams under the most arduous conditions to successfully navigate traditional, emergent and yet known challenges. Xundis also provides tailored leadership and management development services, public speaking and training to private, commercial and government clients.
The Managing Partners have over four decades of global military service including extensive combat, strategic planning and leadership experience. They each have led initiatives to address complex phenomena that challenged global and national security. They have briefed complex national security issues at the highest level of our government to include the White House, Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Combatant Commanders and Directors within the Intelligence Community. Post military service they have experience leading product and business development efforts within the information technology and national security sectors.

Charlie is the Co-Founder and a Managing Partner at Xundis Global, LLC. He is a retired Marine Corps Officer with over 26 years of diverse leadership, planning and operational experiences on three continents with conventional, special operations and coalition forces. His formative experience in design thinking was gained leading a high priority national security initiative within the Department of Defense from 2008-2011 that demanded a non-traditional inter-agency approach.
Charlie is a founding member of the Design Thinking Program at the Joint Special Operations University. His current focus is an initiative to inculcate design thinking across the Special Operations Enterprise. He has collaborated on the development and teaching of novel design thinking practices, as well as enabling practical design inquiries for a range of government, commercial and international clients. Additionally, he serves as Senior Advisor to Leadership Under Fire Inc. of Brooklyn, NY. He also teaches as an Adjunct at the National Intelligence University and the Joint Special Operations University.
Dave Sears is the Co-Founder and a Managing Partner at Xundis Global, LLC. He provides strategic level consulting across multiple disciplines leveraging extensive Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience, to include teaming with key industry leaders to identify ways to increase corporate performance, leadership, retention and innovation.
Dave served 20 years of active military duty within the United States Special Operations Command as a U.S. Navy SEAL officer. He served on multiple East coast SEAL Teams and Joint Commands, and at Headquarters USSOCOM. Dave has participated in a number of conflicts and contingency operations in Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He is a graduate of Boston University and the Naval Post Graduate School with a Master's of Science degree in Defense Analyses. He currently serves as Senior Consultant and Advisor to multiple clients in the Defense and Technology space, an Adjunct Faculty to the Joint Special Operations University, and is a subject matter expert appearing on Fox News, Fox Business, CNN, and other media outlets.
